By accessing or using IloveGST (“Service”, “we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

IloveGST provides online GST-related tools and SaaS features (digital services only), which may include calculators, invoice utilities, HSN/rate lookups, audits, and educational content. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

Some features may require an account (to be introduced). When available, you must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for all activity under your account.

• Comply with all applicable laws and third-party rights.
• No unlawful, harmful, deceptive, infringing, defamatory, or offensive content.
• No unauthorized access, probing, or interference with the Service or related systems.
• No automated scraping, bulk extraction, or rate-limit evasion without written permission.
• No malware, viruses, or code that may harm the Service or users.
• No impersonation or misrepresentation of your affiliation.

Fair Use: We may apply reasonable usage caps to preserve service quality. If your usage materially impacts stability or exceeds fair-use thresholds, we may throttle, suspend, or contact you about an upgrade.

All software, features, and site content are owned by IloveGST or its licensors and are protected by IP laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

If you upload or submit content to the Service, you retain ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service and as otherwise directed by you.

Paid features, when launched, will be offered in INR with GST-inclusive pricing (final prices as displayed at checkout). Monthly and annual subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled.

Payments will be processed by third-party provider(s) (e.g., Cashfree) when paid features go live. By purchasing, you authorize charges via our payment processor(s). We do not store full payment card details on our systems.

Intro or limited-time offers may apply as communicated on the website or at checkout. Invoices will show the information we are legally required to display; additional invoicing details (e.g., legal name, address, GSTIN) will be added when finalized.

If a charge fails (e.g., expired card, insufficient funds), we may suspend or limit access until payment is completed. We may attempt retries through the payment processor.

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we aim for accuracy and uptime, we do not warrant that results, calculations, or content will be error-free, current, or suitable for your specific use case.

The Service does not constitute professional tax, legal, or financial advice. You should consult qualified professionals for specific matters.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill), even if advised of the possibility.

Our total liability for all claims in aggregate shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IloveGST and its personnel from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these Terms, pose a security risk, or use the Service in a manner that may cause liability or disruption. You may request termination at any time. Some records (e.g., invoices) may be retained as required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Venue/jurisdiction for disputes will be specified here once finalized and may be updated without material changes to other Terms. Before legal action, please contact us to seek an amicable resolution.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on our website and/or notified by email to account holders (when accounts are available). Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
