Refund & Cancellation Policy
Our policy for refunds and cancellations. This policy applies once paid features are enabled on IloveGST.

1. Overview
At IloveGST, we aim to be fair and transparent. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains when refunds are available, how to request one, and how cancellations work. While paid features are not live yet, we are publishing this policy in advance. It becomes operative as soon as paid features are enabled.
2. Refund Eligibility
Cooling-off window
- Refund period: within 7 days of purchase
- Condition: no material use of premium features (e.g., not used for bulk or automated runs).
- Refund amount: full purchase price (see “Fees & taxes” below)
Monthly/Annual Plans
- First-purchase cooling-off: refund available within 7 days of the very first subscription start (first-time subscribers only).
- Ongoing cycles: no pro-rata refunds for the current billing period. You can cancel anytime to stop future renewals (see Section 4).
- Enterprise/custom: as per the applicable agreement.
Duplicate or Failed Charges
- Eligibility: always refundable
- Refund amount: full amount paid for the affected transaction(s)
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please:

Email support@ilovegst.in or use our website contact form.
Provide Information
Include your order/transaction ID, email used at checkout, date of purchase, reason, and relevant screenshots.
Review
We acknowledge and review requests within 2 business days.
Processing
Approved refunds are initiated within 2 business days. Bank/processor timelines apply (see Section 6).
Required Information
- Transaction ID / Order ID
- Email used at checkout
- Date and amount of the transaction
- Reason for the request
- Any relevant screenshots or error messages
4. Cancellation Policy (Subscriptions)
You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing support@ilovegst.in. A self-serve cancellation option may be added in the future.
Immediate cancellation: your subscription ends immediately; no pro-rata refund for the current cycle (unless within the first-purchase 7-day window).
End-of-period cancellation: you retain access until the end of the current billing period; no refund for the current cycle.
To avoid the next renewal charge, please cancel at least 24 hours before renewal.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Requests made after the applicable refund window
- Violations of our Terms or Acceptable Use
- Abusive, excessive, or automated use beyond fair use limits
- “Change of mind” outside the refund window
- Local device, browser, or connectivity issues
- Services that have been fully delivered/consumed
6. Refund Processing
Timelines
After approval and initiation by us:
- Credit/Debit Cards: typically 5–7 business days
- UPI / Wallets: typically 1–3 business days
- Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS): typically 3–5 business days
Method & Currency
Refunds are made to the original payment method in the original currency of payment.
Fees & Taxes
We request refund of the full amount (including applicable taxes). If our payment processor or bank does not return certain fees, only those non-recoverable charges may be deducted from the refund.
7. Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with a refund decision, you may appeal within 30 days of our decision. We will re-review within 5–7 business days.
8. Special Circumstances
Service Discontinuation
If a paid service is discontinued, we will give at least 30 days’ notice and offer pro-rated refunds for any unused prepaid period.
Extended Downtime
For significant service disruption, we may grant service credits or partial refunds at our discretion.
9. Data After Cancellation
- Access remains until the end of the paid period (if you cancel end-of-period).
- Invoices/transaction records: retained for 8 years (legal/accounting).
- Other account/service data: retained for 12 months, then deleted/anonymised (or earlier on request where legally permissible).
10. Policy Updates
We may update this Policy. Significant changes will be highlighted on our website and/or emailed to active subscribers.
