1) Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the IloveGST website and tools. We currently operate as a sole proprietorship (“DRAP”). Where this policy mentions “we”, “us” or “our”, it refers to IloveGST.
2) Information we collect (current state)
A. Anonymous service usage
We collect anonymous information about which tools are used, settings applied, and rough input amount bands (for example “>10,000”, “<1 lakh”, “>10 lakh”). This data does not identify individual users.
B. Analytics (Umami in cookieless mode)
We use Umami in cookieless mode to gather aggregated, anonymous statistics (e.g., page views and feature usage). No cookies are set for analytics and we do not store personal identifiers for analytics.
C. Contact form submissions (StaticForms)
When you contact us, we receive the details you submit through our contact form (first name, last name, email, optional phone, subject and message). These are used only to respond to your enquiry.
3) Payments (when paid features are enabled)
When paid features are introduced, payments will be processed by Cashfree. Cashfree will collect payment data directly and may share limited payment status information with us (e.g., success/failure, transaction identifiers) so we can provision your purchase. We do not store full payment card details on our systems.
4) How we use information
- To operate and improve our tools and website
- To respond to your enquiries and provide support
- To understand product usage at an aggregate level
- To process payments and invoices when paid features are enabled
- To comply with applicable laws and regulations
5) Sharing and third-party processors
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run our site:
- StaticForms (contact form backend): receives the contact form fields you submit and forwards them to us.
- Umami (analytics, cookieless): collects anonymous usage metrics without cookies.
- Cashfree (payments, when enabled): processes transactions and shares limited payment status data with us.
We may also disclose information if required by law, in connection with a business transfer, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.
6) Cookies and tracking
Our analytics currently run in cookieless mode, and we do not set cookies for analytics. If this changes, we will update this policy and provide controls where required.
7) Data retention
- Anonymous tool usage/settings and amount-band data: retained for 6 months.
- Contact form submissions: retained for 12 months from resolution.
- Invoices and transaction records (when payments are live): retained for 8 years to meet accounting and tax requirements.
When data is no longer needed, we delete it or retain only aggregated, non-identifiable information.
8) Security
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the nature of the data we handle and review them periodically. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
9) Children’s privacy
Our services are not intended for individuals under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10) Your rights and choices
You can request access, correction, or deletion of information we hold about you (for example, your past contact form submissions). There are currently no user accounts; if we introduce accounts, we will update this Policy to describe account controls and deletion options.
